Shipwrights of the North Sea: Second Wave is set in the early years of the Viking Age, around 800 AD. As Viking shipwrights, players compete to build the greatest fleet in the North Sea. Players must gather wood, wool, iron, and recruit craftsmen to help them. Gold is a precious commodity that must be spent wisely. As you might expect, the village is full of bad characters and worse! Better have them on your side!

Second Wave is an entirely new game, designed to replace the original Shipwrights of the North Sea. The original game is not required to play this new version. Also included is hardware compatible with the North Sea Runes Saga.
