For best results, apply on clean hydrated lips. Use angled contour precision tip to contour and define upper lip. Use the flat surface or the brush to fill in the rest of your top lip and bottom lip. Apply one to two coats or until desired look is achieved. For maximum results, apply twice a day for 30 days.
