    Eligibility

    You may return any eligible item in its original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund. Shipping and duties are non-refundable.


    Return Shipping Costs

    • Covered Costs: We cover up to $15 of the return shipping cost.

    • Refused Packages: If a package is refused, both the outbound shipping cost and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

    • Order Value Threshold: If returning an item reduces your total order value to below $100, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.


    Liability Period

    Our liability is limited to 30 days after delivery.
    For inquiries made after the 30-day period, please contact the manufacturer directly, as all products follow the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines.


    Damaged Items

    • Notification: Please notify us within 5 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged.

    • Resolution: We will arrange the return and provide either:

      • A full refund, or

      • A replacement, depending on your preference.


    Restocking Fees

    Items returned used, damaged, missing components, or not in their original condition may incur a restocking fee of up to 100% of the item’s value.

    Defective Items

    • Warranty: All products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, as outlined by the manufacturer.

    • Within 30 Days: We cover shipping costs for repairs or replacements and will coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.


    International Orders

    All orders shipped outside North America are final sale.
    No returns, refunds, or exchanges are available for international orders.
