- You are eligible for a full refund if you return any item in its original condition within 30 days of the delivery date of your shipment.
- We will cover up to $15 of the return shipping cost. If the return shipping cost exceeds this amount, you will be responsible for the additional expense.
- Our responsibility for issues concerning the delivered items extends up to 30 days post-delivery.
- If you receive an item that is damaged, notify us within five days of delivery. We'll coordinate a return and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, based on your preference.
Shipping Refund Deduction:
- If the total price of your original order falls below $75 after a return, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Items returned not in their original condition might incur a restocking fee of up to 50% of the item's value.
Following items only could be returned in original condition (Unopened)
- Open boxes or Electronic downloadable software,
- Beauty, grooming, and personal care products,
- Headphones, earphones, and earbuds,
- Baby, nursery, and maternity products,
- Health products
- Defective Items:
- Items that are defective and not in their original state will be subject to the manufacturer's warranty for either repair or replacement. Within 30 days of delivery, we will cover the shipping expenses for repair or replacement and handle all necessary communication with the manufacturer.
- We are not accountable for any customs or brokerage fees associated with orders outside of North America.
- All sales outside North America are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
- Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
