    • Notification: Notify us within 5 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged.

    Shipping Cost Deduction:

    • Threshold: If your total order value falls below $100 after a return, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

    Restocking Fees:

    • Condition: Items returned not in their original condition (used or unsellable) may incur a restocking fee of up to 100% of the item's value.

    International Orders:

    • Customs Fees: We are not responsible for any customs or brokerage fees (except for orders from the USA and Canada).
    • Final Sales: All sales outside North America are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are available.

    How to Submit a Return:

    • Log in to your account:
      • Click the profile icon in the store's navigation or visit the returns page.
      • Enter your email address and click Continue.
      • Check your email for a six-digit verification code.
      • Enter the verification code on the store page.
      • Select the order you want to return, choose the items, and provide a return reason.
      • Click Request Return.

    If your request is approved, you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. Once the product is returned, a refund will be issued.
