After deglazing the pan, pour liquid into the heat proof separator. The fat rises to the top within a few minutes, allowing just the broth to be poured from the low spout.
Manufactured of borosilicate glass, and designed to absorb thermal expansion of temperatures from –40 °C to +300 °C. The non-porous glass surface is easy to clean, and also prevents the transfer of flavours or odours while cooking.
