Use

-  Apply Exfoliating Scrub Step 1 to hands and arms, apply in circular motion-  
-  Follow with Exfoliating Activator Step 2, massage to dissolve crystals
-  Wrap hand in warm towel, massage off remaining product
-  Follow with  hydrating lotion
