AnySharp - Any Sharp X - Blade Gun Metal

The award-winning design of the AnySharp XBlade uses tungsten carbide technology and works on virtually any steel knife, including expensive, hardened steel knives. The sharpening tools move up and down, adjusting for pressure of different knives' different angles from 12.5° to 22.5°. The sharpening action is similar to the fine-grinding effect of a whetstone or sharpening stone.
